Initiate Your Return
Visit our online portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack with Care
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
